This is a one day course that will offer a taster to climbing outdoors, looking at the equipment used, how to use it safely and generally having a nice day out with a mixture of climbing and learning new skills.
We will cover:
> Outdoor climbing techniques.
>How to build safe belays, using good anchors, equalising and isolating using slings and the rope.
>Top roping (what you'd do if you've led a climb outdoors)
>Abseiling
> Individual feedback and next steps.
Prior experience required
You should be climbing indoors regularly and have your own harness, belay device and rock shoes. The course will be suitable for people who have done a small amount of climbing outdoors and want to know how to use the equipment.

If the course is cancelled or you cant make it for any reason a full refund will be given.
